Snaith wants title back
10 years 1 week ago
He seems to do a hell of a lot of moaning , complains about everything possible
www.sportingpost.co.za/2015/08/justin-sn...th-wants-title-back/
Justin Snaith, unhappy about losing out on a second national trainers’ championship, is going all out to regain his crown this season and he underlined the point by taking four of the first five races at Kenilworth on Monday, writes Michael Clower.
He said: “The Ready To Run races knocked the wind out of us last season but they won’t count this time and I am going to have a full go at the title.”
Alpha Pegasi, as expected, proved to be the easiest of the Snaith winners and the evens favourite came up the stands side under Greg Cheyne to lead 150m out in the itsarush.co.za Graduation Plate and score far more convincingly than the near two-length verdict would suggest.

he was beaten by 9 million rands and had 300 more races then the winning trainer and 500 more races then the second trainer. Their results are impressive so he needs to re think

The Snaith's are extremely competitive by nature and as a result they do not take not winning lightly, he may complain but he will also make sure that he learns from any mistakes and will be firing on all cylinders this season...I for one believe that they are a "shoe in" for the title .
Give everything but up!

Snaith need to spread his wings and raid on the highveld more......after all, this is where the money is.
Opening up a satellite yard will boost his chances, if not, Tarry , De Kock and Woody (I'm hoping he has an excellent season) will in my opinion rule the roost again.

Tarry's chirp in the article i read on the plane last night was classic....
At the end of the day how many horses & runners do you need to win a championship??? Clearly in the Snaith yard you need more than 3-500 more runs than any other yard

Agreed Saint Tropez, Snaith needs a satellite yard on the Highveld.. where the bigger stakes are. He certainly has the fire power, he's just gotta take that chance... a big plus is he now has one of the best jocks in the country as stable jock.....Bernard yesterday 2 wins, 4 seconds all for Snaith yard.

I belive they now do have a satellite yard on the highveld run by a very competent assistant.
