Am i the only one experiencing problems with their site?
You go to horseracing, click on the link and get error notice before last race Vaal
All others ok, incl. Kenilworth so no bet on

When Vaal finished i could'nt get on at Kenilworth, ERROR MSG again!!

Hollywood please sort this shit out!!!

Stupid as it may sound it's as like you don't WANT any more bets on those particular races

Hollywood really poor...i deposited money via my credit card...took over five minutes...was saying waiting for VCS...already received sms that money transferred but nothing reflects on Hollywood...i refreshed...zero..nada....just irratated with hollywod recently...so i just play WSB definitely much more efficient...
still await my reply to email i sent...

Guys we missing the point here.

JCL, the time you posted your query, I did mock bets, and the system changed and they would have gone through.

Venodh, do an eft, pick up the phone and they will clear your funds within 5 minutes. What you should realise, you must join the queue for clearances.

NB, I am not promoting Hollywood, I'm almost certain you would experience the same problems at other bookies. Try it, I'd be interested to know how you go?

What happened was 4-5 mins before race 9 at the Vaal
You try to get your bet through you get the ERROR msg then I tried Kenilworth, or any UK meeting it will be ok. I must have tried at least 10-15 times and the same thing happened

Then when that race was off, i had the same problem trying to get a bet on at Ken R8
I could bet anywhere except KEN 8, I shit you not

When i posted here it was after R8 at Kenilworth and only out of frustration
I have no reason to rubbish Hollywood and besides the other day when they had problems,
i do not post anything negative about them.

The problem was only with those two races

I played a few Trifectas at Redcar Race 4
When i tried to play Race 5 they said the bet was not available in that race
I find it strange because there were at least 10 carded runners?
I could play Race 6? (not that i did)

I would like to make a suggestion. After what feels to be 100 posts on the crap service received from Hollywood, please can I beg the administrators to ban any further comment on frustrations experienced with these guys. Enough already FFS!

Colin it makes no difference to my thinking. I don't bet with them and judging by the volumes of unhappiness posted about their crap service, it is highly unlikely that I ever will.

I think the service aspect is top class and stands out 9 times more than any other bookmaker. The glitches they do experience will happen granted like many online companies. It's because they respond here is why we hear of the isssh experienced. Johnny aside from yesterday how well is there system working for u?

I am looking at the last race at Vaal and Kenilworth, and there were a vast number of bets taken on our website right up to the jump. Please could you PM me the browser you were using, the connection you were on, and whether you were using your phone or your computer. We want to find out how this happened and why it occurred. We do apologize you were unable to get your bets on, and this will be addressed.

Hi Venodh

The only reason this could have happened is there was a connection breakdown between VCS and Hollywood. Please PM me your Hollywood account number, as well as the amount of the deposit, and the time of the transaction so we can investigate. As soon as its discovered we will credit your account.

Please could you also let me know who you emailed and what email address you sent it to. I want to follow up as to why you have not received a response.
