TWENTY EIGHT NINE - I think needs this trip - being an Ideal World I think he has just taken time to mature. I think worth an E/w or strong places. Perhaps even exacta float field as these races can produce results

Maybe I am smoking my socks here, but racing fresh after a layoff Hawaiian Sun not prayless. Bad draw but he usually runs on well so include back of trifectas and quartets.
