Hi All
It has been raining since Sunday, so the going will be soft.
No wind, yet, to speak of, so horses who tend to race handy and like the soft will be at an advantage.

Small fields today.
Race 1, Wishing puffin well with his Jet Master filly.
Unraced and lightly raced juveniles, usually tough to call
Race 2, Ditto, race 1. Roughie, Shining Colt.
Race 3, Agreed, Flight Alert. Bookies will mourn if another one of their darlings, Angel Cake, finally wins, which she should with Manna on board.
Race 4, The 6yr old Danehill gelding, Vettriano hasn't won in ages but might be the business here. His merit rating has come down substantially in the last 6 months and seems to be coming to hand. Of interest, Clan Classique's half-brother, Ela Re, runs here.
Race 5, Competitive looking race. Rosestone and Great Heart.
Race 6, The lightly raced, Tuna Cowboy has run against stronger but been rested many times to inspire onfidence, but we hold thumbs for JP team. Pasttime has never been placed at this track but could reverse that trend today. Look for a better run from Mississippi Magic.
Race 7, Western Winter's half-sister, Kapen Cat looks hard to beat here. Silent Mist the roughie.
Race 8, Red Rake attracted betting support when making his debut last month and had excuses finishing 3.75 lengths behind Auzzie Rulz in a race won by Royal Parade. Pivotol Moment best of the rest.
Ouzo !

Interesting in race 2 that Fourie rides for Steward and not Snaith horse.

I see that the false rail is set @ 7m today. With a soft track I fancy some good 'lottery' racing on the outide fence today.

You could be right JAP, interesting first race with the hot fav and couple of well bred first timers, I see some poor punter snapped up the 1.05 [1/20] on Zena, it was only 50 usd, but ouch!!! would hardly be money laundering for 50 bucks?

PA
2, 3, 4
1, 3
4, 5
2, 4, 5
1, 2, 4
5, 7
1, 6
It's a bit pricey, but I am including the favourite and an outsider in every leg.
My two best outsiders for the day are
Race 4 - Watson [with pacifiers today, and 1800 metres; 2000 m too far last time]
Race 7 - Loving Cup; will love the wet [3 lengths off Captain's Lover, 0.35 lengths off Selena's Girl, 0.35 lengths off Joshua's Mistress, one run back after the rest, first run back in the wet; if it handles the distance and the bend [that's quite a bit of ifs] will run a big race at 10/1]
2, 3, 4
1, 3
4, 5
2, 4, 5
1, 2, 4
5, 7
1, 6
