Check the place payouts on the top 4 horses in the betting for Singapore last race today....all along they have been blaming the mystery punter for these oddities......methinks they have a mystery in their IT systems.... :ohmy:

....yep they made a mess of the co-mingling mesh....Singapore have 5 dollar bet unit and a 10/1 FOREIGN exchange component.....some one not good at sums may have tried to rectify the folmula....

.....again I'm very surprised that no one has commented further on this thread.....is it just chalked up to....IN THE TOTE WE CANNOT TRUST.....or Yay another Lucky Packet pay day
....here is food for thought....we are co-mingling with Singapore on win and place betting for some time now and this has rectified the manipulation factor with those clever sods fiddling with our tiny pools...on Sunday I noticed that we were not synching with their pools until the last minutes before the jump.....I don't know if it was due to genuine technical issues or again some fiddling(attempt to manipulate)....then the payouts in the last race were totally out of wack....if we were co-mingling did they have the same payout in Singapore.....I think not!!!!!

It is time for explanations as these oddities really give the impression that skulduggery is still very rife in the industry and only those in the know can benefit.....FFS if someone tipped to me that I should have a place bet on an odds on and could get 12/1 a place I would be able to retire..... :woohoo:

Muhti ,I have stopped caring................or using the tote other than when it absolutely suits me!
For so long only a couple of us cared about the management of the tote,but having given up my colours, I now don't give a toss about stakes anymore .....................and why should I moan on behalf of those that rely on those stakes ........................if owners ,trainers and breeders are happy with Saftote's efforts in maximising the stake pot, then that's fine by me!

I have previously raised queries about tote dividends and also contacted Tabgold about it...when a single response was eventually received, I realised from the contents thereof that there is no audit of the results, no logic to the results and no one in authority cares...so I stop taking any bet on the tote as there is no trust nor certainty in the dividends...

I love it when the pools are not commingled. If you play the right way on the open bet when the pools are not commingled and you within their limits it can be very profitable. I therefore watch the pools carefully and the fluctuations. The other day I took a bet, I could not have lost.
