R3 Market Rasen Gold Futures E/W. Has only had five runs over fences and is still improving. Ran well at Newton Abbot last time despite things not really going his way. Still potentially well handicapped and has won twice at this track already. should go well at 7/1.

R5 Market Rasen Viens Chercher. This looks a straight match between the selection and the likely odds-on favourite Anomaly. The latter won well at Newton Abbot, but the form may not be as strong as it looks (second favourite ran below par) and the selection who hacked up on his British debut after showing plenty of promise in France may prove a bit too strong. 15/8 is good value.

R6 Haydock Nakeeta E/W. Won well at a huge price over course and distance last time. That was no fluke and he is being ignored in the market again today. Is well drawn and should go very well. More than capable of making the first four at least at a very appealing 11/1.

I backed Master The World in The Cambridgeshire ew at 33/1,just on draw and jockey booking..
Couldn't believe the winner got back up.That makes up for that kick in the teeth.
Cheers

Last one for today. R4 Chelmsford Western Reserve E/W. May not be the highest rated of these, but is the one with the fewest question marks against him. There are good grounnds for opposing Tryster (coming back off a break), Balty Boys (A/W debut) and Let's Go (ran as if something was badly amiss last time), whereas the selection is already a course winner and should be well suited by tonight's conditions. Pat Smullen is also a very eye-catching jockey booking. Looks sure to run a big race and 11/2 is an excellent price (have a feeling he'll go off a fair bit shorter).
