These have strong place chances imo. Gonna play a place multiple including most of these horses, their current place prices are there too - should shorten:
(4) Trip To Heaven - 0.48 (P)
Turf Inside - Race 7
StakeWin R0.00
(1) Captain Nemo - 0.2 (P)
Turf Inside - Race 3
StakeWin R0.00
(2) Deo Juvente - 0.27 (P)
Turf Inside - Race 5
StakeWin R0.00
(5) Aurum Pot - 0.29 (P)
Turf Inside - Race 8
Edit:
Below my better value place bets, might play em as a double (@ 2.6/1 atm), will go lighter than with the ones listed above tho:
8 Marmalady (Aus) - 0.82 (P)
Turf Inside - Race 5
StakeWin R0.00
(10) Patty Cake - 1 (P)
Turf Inside - Race 9
^ even money for the place and lerena up - could likely land a place all things considered.

My 15 minute effort...
Not a Press Release (and definitely partially fiction! lol) Tuesday 29 Sept...
Not sure what to do this weekend? Fancy something different? Something social with a little excitement thrown into the mix?
Then, here's a suggestion, why not kick start Summer In The City Of Johannesburg with a trip to the races? A bumper 10 race card featuring the R400,000 Group 2 World Sports Betting Jo’Burg Spring Challenge and the R400,000 Group 2 World Sports Betting Spring Fillies and Mares Challenge.
Entry is free.
Bars will be open and there will also be fantastic food specials on offer for under R50 per person. For those not wishing to partake in alcohol, the meeting will also see the opening of The City Deck Coffee Shop with freshly made coffees prepared by professional baristas.
You can bet from as little as R10 per race and/or try some of the more exotic bets which could see you leave with a cool R1 million!! New to betting, no problem! We will have three experts on course to help throughout the day... the punter's friend and TV racing presenter Deez Dayanand, horse trainer and TV presenter Paul Lafferty and former jockey and TV presenter, the lovely Nadine Rapson.
So, why not come down to Turffontein this Saturday and enjoy the thrill of the racing experience. It all kicks off at 12.05 with the doors open from 11.30am. Have other plans for the evening? The last race starts at 17.25 so any evening plans can just be an "extra" to a great day out! And you never know, you may just leave that R1 million richer!

R1 Coratina
R6 Lazer Star
R10 Respectable Ruler
Treble, though nothing I really like today. A few other "thoughts"...
R2 Delftshaven might come too late again, prefer Coral Fever e/w, finished well lto from a long way back. Schillaci, with blinkers and stable seemingly coming to form, thereabouts.
R4 A decent start then Rich And dark from the 1 box could be the right one. Laurel Cherry the danger.
R5 Fulcrum was only 2l off KL when returning from 83 weeks off. small e/w
R6 Love To Sail seemingly not stable elect but imo could be the one to make Lazer Star run.
R8 On the distance and fitness, if I can find 5s, Mod Barley small e/w
R9 Risky but hoping the 1 box will help Vanda recapture some form, small e/w
A couple of little confidence R1 e/ws... R9 Captain Alami and R10 Paratus
Be(s)t of luck to all

RACE 1
RU PERDT- Had to tip something, showed a bit speed after missing the kick on debut, but that was a poor maiden and is held by Coratina on that run. Race will probably be won by one of the 1st timers.. No Bet
RACE 2
DELFTSHAVEN - Can argue that his debut run is the best form on offer, not the best of draws but with expected improvement will go very close... Most of the rest have had more chances than Wenger to win a trophy recently.. To short to bet imo
RACE 3
CAPTAIN NEMO - ran all over a horse that was catching pigeons last time (New Predator) , was a very impressive debut, hands and heels from supposedley the wrong side of the track if i can remember correctly.Draw and going round a bend may find him out but he ran that day like a horse that will like to come through horses.. No bet at the price though
RACE 4
RICH AND DARK - ( VERY CAUTIOUS SELECTION)was a bit outpaced last time and flew late after being supported in the market. That run suggests this trip will be perfect but the dam has thrown sprinters (Budweiser boy etc ) and there may be stouter stayers in the field, but the tidy draw and the last 400m kick last time swayed me... NO BET
RACE 5
DEO JUVENTE - IMO the selection could still prove to be way better than this field and if staying the extra will be very hard to beat, ran very well last time after a 3 month break ( should reverse with King Mambo`s legacy at the weights ) and others have been there and done that ( more exposed ) .. NAP
RACE 6
LAZER STAR - If she truly stays she wins, her run over the trip was inconclusive imo,she either had a slight off day or didn`t stay ( i think she didnt stay ) .. No bet but if she stays she wins
RACE 7
ICE MACHINE - Confident selection ( took some 28/10 ) ,he has ran and won after a rest many times, has the pace to win a Drill Hill and probably would have won the Champions Cup if he had been held onto for another few seconds, all known form is good enough to win this.
RACE 8
MOD BARLEY - Over priced imo, could take them of their feet if they are needing their comebacks .
RACE 9
PATTY CAKE - Tough race, probably hardest on card so tentative pick ,showed bundles of speed last time so the drop in trip could help.... No bets
RACE 10
no selections but id be interested in money for some of the unexposed runners like TRULY or THINK LATERAL
