I have posted and written for many years to try and convince the operators that the Clan is not a special club out to look for complaints and scandal, it is basically a platform for punters to voice their opinions and our visitors and posters are potential customers not an enemy .
That is it exactly Dave......most companies do not get continual "free" assessments of their customer relations.
One consistent phsychology which I detect in the industry is that "anyone who works in the industry is an expert" and anyone who doesn't , no matter their experience, doesn't have a clue.
We have posters with years of experience of industry interaction but are talked down to by "P" employees , wet behind the ears,defending the establishment.....very amusing.
