Bettingworld tote platform

I don't know how many guys are using this section but I have come across 2 problems
a) I find that it is a battle to select horses(numbers) in exotics so check very carefully that ALL the numbers selected have actually registered!
b) the second is that if you find that there is a mistake ,trying to cancel the bet in order to retake it is a nightmare ..................with minutes to go they want me to send them an e-mail FFS. Imagine trying to change a bet due to a late scratching at the start, which,as we know, is not uncommon.
So that's the end of another attempt to support the tote.(credit to TAB ,to cancel a bet is simple and painless,so why it should be different with Bettingworld's tote section is strange!)

Agree 100% Rob. Had the same 2 problems. Cancellation of bets a huge problem. After all we are humans that can err. Have withdrawn my funds and put back with Hollywood.

Are you kidding Bob!!have you tried to use it?............why is it that the industry seems to believe that they are not subject to the normal rules of business as it relates to customers...............they just don't test or think things through ......it would appear to be a sense of entitlement..........surely it is not impossible to attract some effective staff to the industry!
Anyway, maybe I am wrong but the industry has lost another customer (kgy)to the open bet........ wow , "P" sure taught him a lesson!!!!!!

rf is spot on I cant get around it either ..I have now given up with both p and gc they clearly are not interested in my tote turnover despite me speaking to mr Hawkins at the beginning of may about it but it seems like with both p and gc once you walk out there offices they don't do any follow up on issues discussed and they move on so im doing exactly the same moving on ..the only thing left would be to write letters to both nairac and du plessis and to let them know how slack their management is and HOW MUCH TURNOVER THEY LOSING OUT ON but I have now decided its not worth further frustration and increased blood pressure ..can you imagine if both operators had opposition in all spheres of the industry not just the betting side ,they wouldn't last 5 minutes

When you bet fixed odds you shouldn't really cancel

bettingworld usually makes you send an email to cancel a bet, which can be frustrating if time is an issue.

Discovered another few interesting facts about our beloved operators fixed-price operator.
I had to go out today and took my I-phone and I-pad along.
I tried to log onto Bettingworld .co.za ........................will not allow log in ............you have to use the mobi platform!
Fair enough you might say ...................well every other site allows me the choice and the only one that doesn't DOES NOT HAVE THE TOTE LINKED TO THE MOBI PLATFORM!!!!!!!!
It is truly unbelievable!
Interesting that the TAB-online problems are legendary and now Vee is CEO of this debacle ...............are his promotions just cos he looks good in a suit?
