still live there too. Nice turn around that win double brought to my punting day.

Think if you look at the fields, a horse like guest lodge has no chance in that 250k maiden so makes sense they tried to get the win here.

I would agree with that entirely.............except it was entered and the nomination fee paid ............a donation?

(They backed the horse in a feature, in its first start,so hard to know what they think...... :P )

Maybe hoping it would be a weaker field, I'm just guessing? Only one man knows but donation may be spot on, seems that way

Went 6x7xfxfxfxf for 1% ..... R15k payout is break even....BUT....does appear a sucker bet az the double would have returned around 4.3 x 145 outlay....R623.... So P6 must pay R62300 for me to have made a clever punt  ...do not see that happening.

My Spec P6 is now left with F x F x 4...............a bit like a lottery ticket .....a shot in the dark!..............

The commentary in race 7 was like listening to a well crafted story. Words and phrases like "arm-wrestle" "bicker" and " looked each other in the eye" flowed easily into a work that did not seem contrived. Well done Ali
