chicken n chips wrote: Looking at the betting for the card there are so many short priced favourites. This could be a disaster for the bookies although i am sure that there will be 2 or 3 big price winners coming through. I am looking forward to the sprint race where i think i have found a double figure winner

You could stick 3 elephants, Jacob Zuma's swimming pool, a dinosaur from Jurassic Park and the weight of Donald Trumps ego on the back of Tryster and it should still beat the field going away.

If the betting is anything to go by, then only one of two horses will win the Dubai World Cup viz. California Chrome (15/10) or Frosted (22/10) and 10/1 bar.

Then, logically, by Dutching these two in a multiple, preferably a treble, will increase your odds and hopefully end your day on a high.

Think about it, should the bet survive until the Dubai World Cup and the abovementioned horses get rolled, then we can't feel bad.

Similarly, should you reach this point and you have all your eggs in a single basket which gets beat by the market rival, you'd feel equally sick.

No race is ever easy, but I feel if you box clever, you could be richly rewarded.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Handassa will win the first race to give favourite backers a false sense of direction today

One Man Band could steal the 2nd race by setting the pace and keep on going. Cool

Cowboy in with a chance as well. Fav Marking not for me this time

I will put up some pictures if I can find wifi. Failing that I'll stick them up when I get back to the hotel.
I'd rather have a full bottle in front of me than a full frontal lobotomy !!!!!!!
