I think the bleeding has started - Will watch Sibiya and two-year-old sale with interest - was informed that breeders under huge pressure - buy backs have come back to roost -

until we race for decent stakes i for one will not purchase horses for unrealistic prices..its ok for the buyers that have foreign currency but to buy in rands to race locally is out of the question..the prize money from maidens to features is PATHETIC

I think that their are to many sales overlapping each other in a short period of time, they should stick to fewer sales to give the people a fair chance. How is it possible for most of our sales to be upping their percentages every year, surelly the bubble will burst,as in this case.

I agree with pirates re our pathetic stakes.
That is one reason why many of us are at logger-heads with the RA, who are not pressurising Phumelela with regards to re-looking the stakes agreement, (which is not cast in stone). And no, its not that tired personal agenda or vendetta crap !
In the meantime some of us still purchase these fine creatures as we love them regardless. But this cannot be sustained indefinitely.

No wonder there are so few people posting on this site. Everyone very quick to criticise...

The pair of you are so stupid..monies to tight to mention means..recession on its way,,read between the lines. But then what can one expect from a pair of blokes who are forever discussing their penis..size must be the problem.Never mind I am sure you both have something else that you can offer.

I would not share anything with you or your mate even if it was the last bit of oxygen left in the tank.
