Thank you all for your fantastic posts, may your day be full of winners!

The racing on offer tomorrow is something special, some phenomenal specimens to admire.

My outlay for tomorrow will not exceed 400.00 bucks until the 12th, then all will break lose and I will be blazing BEZAMOD in a spectacular finale, I'll either be licking my wounds or planning my next holiday.

I fancy Ma Choix each way in the Paddock Stakes, a worthy punt at the price IMO. I also fancy a place on Bouclette Top and Noah from Goa in the QP. I somehow have this strange feeling that neither Futura or Legislate will feature in the winners box, something is drawing me strongly towards Legal Eagle and Noah from Goa, there are many factors against Legal Eagle, most notably the distance and short run-in BUT if memory serves me correct, the last time I got this feeling was when Ertijaal beat Act of War convincingly. So for every reason besides what is on paper I will go with the Champion Trainer for 1st and the mighty Noah from Goa each way.

Good luck to all and I hope you enjoy a great day's racing ;)

Hope you got in above 6/1 WP, an absolute steal! Think Bezamod is a great bet and represents some very decent maiden formlines. I see black Arthur has attracted some money which boosts the Bezamod pick on the silver Snaffles line.

In saying that I think Silver Snaffles is a great e/w in the 11th and think it is also worth a look. Forget that the stable jockey isn't riding, he has no clue which horses are better in the stable. He jumped off Silver Snaffles just before it won and he also chose the wrong horse when Vilakazi won his maiden and he's now decided to jump on that one for the first time (formlines have been pretty average so much just prefer the anme of the horse or something). Anyway enough explaining why you should never read into the logic of Mr Orffer, the Silver Snaffles maiden form is very strong and so is the Annigonni and Black Arthur formlines. It was fancied last time but pulled very hard that day. Fancy it to give a good run tomorrow and have taken small e/w doubles with Bezamod in the last.

Ramsden,Kannemeyer,Crawford,Marshall,Kotzen and Nel all leading CT Trainers with decent strings are sending an average of 6 runners each. The Bass yard are sending out 17 but Justin Snaith is bringing a herd of 37 to Kenilworth.
What does this tell us.
At least,at the very best,25 owners are going to be disappointed.
I suggest that a number are just out for the run.
At least some owners will be able to say they had a runner on the day!

Staying in Claremont, just a stones throw away from Kenilworth..... perfect weather, not a cloud in the sky, and a slight breeze to cool things down.

Thank God not as hot as Joburg. Happy racing guys.

Happy to report much cooler weather in Joh'burg after a fair amount of rain yesterday :)

Enjoy the lack of wind while it lasts - supposed to blow strongly later

Some thoughts from me on runners that most seem to be brassing ......

Garden Feature in the 4th I think is looking for the trip - good value imo

Gifted for Glory very in an out - but must have a chance if reproducing his penultimate - also French Revolution seems to have many of the more fancied runners cold at the weights

Marinaresco should improve over the trip and not without a chance imo

Fantastic Trip in the 10th - better off at the weights with Qing but available at big odds courtesy of the unfashionable jock

Enjoy B)

Think Lady Astor should win the 1st but if Princess Jayne runs loose again, this type of race might suit
