Race 2: Competitive Race- very little between #s 2-5 on ratings, and while the other two are well out at the weights they are lightly raced and improving. Kemal Kavur led for a long way last time, and similar tactics could prevail here. Eighth Wonder has been inconsistent but has the ability to win. Lord Marshall is consistent, and on the run behind Hard Days Night, little will separate him and Purple Mountains.
Race3: Persian Silk has been frustrating to follow, but has an excellent chance to shed her maiden here, unless the unraced horses are up to the task.
Race4: Carrie Bow Cay looks well in at the weights. Stable companion Preoccupation is the main danger. Jetano won nicely last time and should make the frame.
Race 6 : Milton has been in top form lately, and could easily win again. There are plenty others with chances in a very open race. Sail South and Prince of Thieves make the most appeal.
Race 7:Whisky Baron won well last time, although runner up Arctic Blast failed abjectly to frank the form next time out. He should enjoy the step up in trip, and is worth following.
If he does not show the expected improvement, then a wide open contest. Overshadow and Streak of Silver have been consistent, but may struggle to give weight to Cecil John and Chestnut Wild.
Best bets: Persian Silk; Carrie Bow Cay; Whisky Baron

This is the kind of card that makes anything else, worth doing this afternoon.
Persian Silk is the best "form" (sic)in race 3 but may well still be standing in the stalls as the winner crosses the line!!!!
I know the standard of racing when my "best bet" :woohoo: ............is a 5 yr old maiden mare ,in an handicap!

Does Interbet ever have better odds than what is displayed on the tele? There is probably a whole channel discussion on this but i couldn't find it.

Firstly, there are only 59 runners in 7 races and that is before the inevitable scratchings.
Then the first race is a two year old maiden with 8 runners,of which only 1 has raced!
This race is selected as the first leg of the PA.How fair is that!
Is this giving the Punters a fair chance? No it is not.
But when did the Operator worry about the punters ,who are the lifeblood of the Sport.

try playing the UK Lotto £2 a line and an increase to 59 numbers. Yet another British institution sold to an overseas company.
