What kind of punters are you ABC clan?
9 years 3 months ago - 9 years 3 months ago
I saw a question somewhere on the internet and I was wondering how our ABC clanners would answer, it went something like this...
If you had collected R1.30 for every R1 bet through the first 2 months of 2016, would you:
A) Quit while you're ahead
B ) Bet in greater amounts
C) Keep doing what you're doing
D) Quit your jobs and go pro
I think I'm a C kind of guy, what's your answer?

9 years 3 months agoNot Actually - If you are turning over 1000 per day that R1.3 could be big. Not sure if LD is showing a 30% return off a starting stake of say R100 and at the end of the month he has R130 or if he is averaging 30% return on his bets daily. Still in three months he has almost doubled his stake - You cant get bank rates anywhere near that.johnnycomelately wrote: If i can only show R130 per bet on average per month, surely i will/should stop punting?

If it works well and constantly turn out profits,I will advise to increase stake after 3-5 months.I have written a summary on this to my clients...which I called HOW TO BUILD A BANK.If the profits are, like you say, consistent you increase your stakes gradually which will in return increase the profits.

I don`t think anyone should EVER advise anyone to increase stakes
