RACE 5 - DANCE IN THE WOODS, front runner in decent form who can make a bold bid with the Appies 4kg claim to help.
RACE 7 - SILVER SNUFFLES, Brett Crawford`s runner can go close if settling better, there has been noted betting support before last two runs.

R7 the one I think will make improvement is Tin Soldier. Admittedly he has it all to do with the turn-around at the weights with Silver Snaffles who is 3.5kgs better off for a 1.25 length beating when they last met. Just think Tin Soldier is open to any amount of improvement whilst Silver Snaffles looks somewhat limited imo. Down in class and from a good draw I think Tin Soldier can go close here, if you patient enough maybe there will be 10's available.
In the first race I also feel the money for Royal Duchess should be respected and if there is a further follow through, then this could be the right one.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Snaith only 3 runners the whole day ........ unheard of
Smaller stables should be chuffed.

Racing is very thin country wide right now.

Race 1: too many unraced horses to be confident, but Not on my watch did enough on debut to go close here, and at 7/2 seems fair value.
Race 2: Leisure Trip let the side down at odds on last time, and gets a chance to redeem herself. She stands out in this field, but the only concern is that she was running on late over 1200, and the drop to 1000 may catch her out. Sharp Peg looks the best of the rest, but 3 unraced runners could be anything.
Race3: All Magic ran a dismal race last time, but on earlier form should go close. Gyre has fair form and scope for improvement. Mini Loushe was slow away on fair debut, and with normal improvement must be a big runner.
Race 4: Stockade has been consistent and with a plum draw is first choice. Garden Tea Party has similar form, but a wide draw to overcome. La Flambee, Ichkeria and Tide is Turning won't be far off them.

Race 5: We have Dance in the Woods here. She is fit and well and likes the 1400m. Unfortunately, a wide draw to overcome, so the skinny 5/2 looks too short in a race which should be 6/1 the field. Wafiqah is on the upgrade, and won a nice race last time. She jumps from a fair draw and I make her the one to beat. La di Var and Lovar try the trip for the first time, but are well in at the weights on best form. Disney Queen is always a threat, and has a good draw. The list of possibles does not stop there, and this may be a field leg for the exotics, but I have to row in with my filly.
Race 6: another open contest. Northern Corner was outclassed last time, but is capable in this class. He is worse off at the weights with Captain Bagg. Kirumbo has been running well and could defy top weight. Mystical Twilight has the ability. Al Wahed folded tamely in his Cape debut, but if sound on the day is a big runner at the weights.

Race 7: Another tricky race. Bass has a strong hand, with little between his two runners. Annigoni is consistent, but needs to overcome the draw. Rahvar draws well and has plenty scope for improvement. Silver Snaffles has been dropped a bit in the ratings, and looks well in at the weights.
Race 8: We have Shall be Free running, and again the draw is against us. I would have been quite confident of winning had we pulled a decent draw, and he remains a big runner. Benjan, Angor Wat and Sub Zero all have form. Warren Place and Sherlock are likely improvers.
