The problem is that racing and any costs related to it is not seen as an investment but rather an unwelcome obligation that will continue to receive the minimum expenditure and accordingly even less effort when it comes to service delivery.

Unless racing becomes a bottom line super star again the situation will only deteriorate further and our frustration levels will be tested to the limit.
