I haven't been able to watch replays of previous races on this sight for the last few days.

Anybody else using it having the same issue?

Unfortunately its the aspect of management that "P" can't get right ....................any good ideas get screwed up due to the fact they can't get the arse aligned with the elbow!

Phumelela are so adamant that they won't communicate with customers to the point that they launch a product like this, which looks top class imo,and then don't inform customers as to the state of play.

This product isn't free.I'm not getting my bang for my buck.

Tried calling the mobile number on the site this morning that is supposedly there to sort out issues I presume.Got no reply, and no subsequent return call.

JUST USELESS!

you know what really flipping pricks my balls is that we have such a (wonderful relationship with singapore) why cant they ask them for advice or even get the same web designers as they have.... cause i tell you something for nothing that is what online horse racing should be like... i mean for F... sake. they have a clear copy of race mins after it was run... Here in SA Tellytrack is site that you have to pay to join to do anything ... RA site is fucking useless and Tabonline does not even have that race replay as a option ... so we have a long way to go ....

Watching the Hong Kong replays. Realise how things should be done. Seamless and brilliant quality , never lag etc. Does feel so 3rd world in comparison.

To be fair racing is the 2nd biggest contributor to HK's gdp.

We aren't comparing apples with apples in this instance.

Fair enough but we are talking video streaming, technology that is readily available to all with a PC and video camera. All I'm saying is that doing a quality job for a moderately increased investment is easily attainable without reinventing the wheel.
