Compared to the Oscar situation, this courtroom is chaotic................it really has been a complete circus at times.
Seems to have settled into a semblance of order now.
(I assume this is the judge that it is alleged Krejcir has ordered a hit on?)

How is this man throwing or legal system into disarray? Is he that powerful?

The sentencing was delayed AGAIN as the court was cleared for a bomb scare shortly after lunch..........the guy is certainly giving the justice system the runaround!

This individual/issue has always dumbfounded me. How can an international fugitive from justice be allowed/able to pop up here, open one or several businesses and be allowed to stay here....all the while being called the 'Czech fugitive' ?
It doesn't take a stretch of the imagination to realize that he has friends in very high places. Places so high that business and residency permits can be easily obtained and the Czech authorities kept at bay.
The Krejcir saga leaves me in no doubt that corruption and payoffs are doing well in this country and that our justice is weelllllllll.....let me stop now....

I must say that I have not followed the case but just on this mornings evidence the judge is biased.i beleive krejcir is guilty of this and many more crimes but when you have a judge that goes out of his way not to allow evidence in mitigation in then that can not be good for our civil rights.

As I said yesterday ,the judge is not particularly articulate ....................but he is clearly irritated by Krejcirs continual diversions, ridiculous applications and attempts to confuse the issues ..........all as delaying tactics(I think this is about the 5th attempt to resolve sentencing).............................IMO opinion deport him to Czech republic where he will spend years in jail...........................we don't need the expense of feeding him!

Agree with you Rob.... Wouldn't be shocked if he was deported, and the plane suddenly went missing and he ended up in a new country where he could start even more crap.....

i think he must serve a sentence here first and then get deported to serve another sentence. The cost of deportation should be charged to him.
