Ayr PA-Please Help With An Explanation

There's a 2 horse race at Ayr in race 1.

The 4/10 fav falls,so doesn't count for the PA.

The starting tkts are 27178,and the remaining tickets after leg one are 14 320.Therefore the 4/10 shot only had 12 858 tickets.

The fav was tipped 1st on the tote sheet, and shown as a 4/6 shot.

It's a small pool,so maybe somebody has a large influence on the pool by spending a big % of the pool with a banker the 2nd fav,but seriously how does this make any sense?

I didn't play this bet, just happened to see the one horse finishing this race and wondered what the story was,so I went and looked.

It doesn't make any sense to my very logical mind.

Any suggestions?

I am puzzled as well

The UK Computaform tipped the winner as its first choice.

The Free Tab Sheet says the top jockey at Ayr was aboard the winner, and the trainer as the second best at Ayr but that said its vice versa for the favorite.
