Was mulling over Race 8 for ages last night, got burned on Alvaro last time, no obvious excuses or obvious reason why he should turn it round with Gaultier this time around but I shall stick with him in any case today.

Also unsure about R8.Going with Casey's Son on his runs to Russian Sage and Pocket Power,this one only has to reproduce that level of form to leave this field stone cold.Go Casey go!!!!!!

Yes Duke by no means a 2 horse race, Captains Knock as well, was up late watching West Indies v Australia where the over rate was painfully slow, decided to look at the card for Ken and this race caught my eye for the next 2 hours. Would be a good story if Casey's comes home.

This month is by far the best month with regards to the competition.

Race 1 Kenilworth- is in not time Mrs Plattner covers ALL her mares with top stallions and forgets about her own - she has a really top class band of mares and they are wasted on her stallions - she deserves to breed a champion and will if she covers with better stallions
