PHUMELELA ONLINE DON"T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I took a double online in the last two races after a very bad days punting !!! Mostly with tabonline .

But i made a huge error . I punched R280 pressed the bet then punched it in "mechanicaly " i see R3960 bet cost . I made a big mistake so i quickly called the telebet number and ask for the bet to be cancelled . Operator says sorry pool closed . "I understand that" i tell the operator and ask her to try . The response is a flat out no .

Why cant they help in unique situations like this ? Surely they could have cancelled this bet . I mean the odds fluctuate on final declared dividends minutes after races are closed .

This company does not give a shit about me as a customer even though they have made thousands off me !!!!!

They will not see a rand from me again why should i support a company that does not support me !!!!

That's the best way to deal with them solo.They never seem to be able to look long term.
You should draft a letter to the head of customer services.

They are really a waste of time,they took time to remodel the site but nobody ever tawt of puting in a "cancel bet " function anywer..really annoying.

I decided to give G-bets a try due to their promotion "Road Warriors". Anyway I made an error taking an open bet online and they bluntly refused when I phoned in. The race was still minutes away. The first bookmaker that never cancel my bet due to a legitimate mistake.
