LIVE STREAMING - best bet?

SO, you're an owner with a couple of horse but based abroad (not in SAF). You'd like to watch your horses run live. Which streaming offer would you recommend? paid or free, doesn't matter.
Criteria: reliable, live (not 5 minutes later)
the new Tellytrack service?

I suscribe to TT it`s the best thing since slice bread for me...
I can also watch live from World Sports Betting but they will need an account with them to watch .
Would`nt rely on live streams though
There is also a german bookie, if you have a £1 bet you can watch the Live stream all day racebets.com

Most USA courses have a free stream that except the NYRA courses. Its not delayed.
There is a site that covers most Singapore meetings which is free. Its about par with the Tellytrack stream.
PMU.fr covers all French racing, its about 15 to 25 seconds delayed. Its their official tote site.
Hong Kong, you can get live commentary.
UK, you can get live commentary however there are streams that are delayed by 10 to 20 seconds
Aus, you can get live commentary.
