In race 5, I think Leigh Woods (10/1) is worth a bet. Could take a while, but bear with me.
On the assumption that the carded 14 runners take their place at the start, 9 are fairly well tried and not going to Hollywood. That leaves 5 runners we can say are relatively untried with 9 runs or less.
Of these, Leigh Woods does appear to be the one to be with. After winning his maiden, he took to the turf and finished a decent second. Thereafter ran in a Listed race, which was a fair effort and then surprisingly ran 3 days later and finished a bad one from last.
Admittedly he is returning from a 4 month break and may not strip 100% fit, but there are no superstars in this line up, so with natural improvement and strengthening up during the break, Leigh Woods does appear to have the most scope for improvement and could win this.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Not too original, but the double for the day should be Caracal in the 8th and Resolute Captain in the last - maybe load the first 4 legs of the P6 and take a chance with the two hotties at the back
Other races look really tough imo
