With the apprentice claim of 4.0kgs, Pure Valour must have a winning chance in the 4th race. The advantage of the apprentice claim sees Pure Valor receive 3.5kgs from the favourite, Fantasy Art, and a massive 6.0kgs from Capel Top. Whilst Capel Top is dropping in class, I'm not sure he can concede that sort of weight to Pure Valor. In respect of Fantasy Art, he is a one time winner conceding weight to a three time winner.

The real issues with Pure Valor is the wide draw and dropping back in distance. He does tend to race handy, which could be a problem, so I'm hoping there is a decent pace to negate the poor draw.

Taken the double with Kitty's Destiny in the 5th.

Gotta stop now as I am missing a good game, Dortmund two up, bye-bye Liverpool.

Nothing like throwing crown down the shitter, but in the 2nd Newtons Lady is just catching my eye, don't ask me why cause it certainly isn't the form......... But, at 75/1, cannot hurt a going ew.....
