Inconsistencies at the NHA regarding punishment

of vaccinations for Equine Influenza. Fined R10 000.

Over the Air wrote: Naresh I left that out deliberately because it is a separate charge and separate sanction. My point is a trainer gets 5 x the fine for a few horses and a breeder gets off basically. I dont know either party just asking why the differences
