Tabgold responds to punters

Hi Guys,

I have seen many complaints about the new tabgold website.
I myself had a few complaints regarding the horse/jockey/trainer indexes not appearing like they used to on the old site. I emailed christine from the support department (christinep@goldcircle.co.za) today and she informed me that they will be including this feature later on today due to requests from various punters.

Also she told me that the fixed odds will be appearing for a later date (if available) and that Run-ons are now active for everyone and not only registered users.

I use the horse search quite often and i did inform christine about this and she told me she will speak to the developers to improve this feature and get back to me.

I guess if you guys have complaints, drop her an email. Seems like they actually do listen to us.

I also wanted a line horse to be displayed and they did include this (for me :-) the following day.

It would be great if one of their IT guys where on this forum so they could see what us punters need.

Thanks for inputs as I have preached over the years the punters on here are potential customers and feedback is the best way to improve customer realations and gain new clients.
It has always been a case "to ignore these moaners on ABC " as an easier option to the operators .

Firstly the tabgold website looks good and is fairly easy to navigate once you get used to it. I personally did not encounter any problems except that deposits into my tabgold account takes up to and hour and a half sometimes to be loaded. Please fix this issue!!!

Aslo a nice feature to consider would be some sort of advertisement a few days in advance for upcomming "feature races" and also when there are carry overs for the soccer or exotic pools.

Think some of us need to adapt a bit , techno has moved on and they say over 50 % of their users use mobile/cells to access the site.


PS i`m still waiting for abc to go properly mobile( was seemingly completed over a year ago lol)

The background is too light and makes for very difficult reading of the form and hard and strains the eyes. It is very easy and quick to darken the background a bit and im sure the site will look way way better
