Same problem. very Frustrating. On DN day, I had to take my bets early due to the slow and hanging network. I don't like taking bets early.

I have phoned the number at the bottom of the page about 5 times to speak to someone who is in charge of the website and they are always in a meeting. The lady that answers the phone to tell me they in a meeting says I am the only one who has phoned them about this problem.E-mailed them but no answer. The new site is better but is no use to me if i can't take a bet.

If you're the only one who called about the problem, it means the rest of us frustrated punters (including me) have not complained. Like I said, I took my bets early. There's no benefit from online punting if the system is slow and hanging. Why would a website manager be in so many meetings if not website related.

The saddest problem with our operators is the dishonest spin.
The statement by Goldcircle, within days of the launch of the new website, and amid many complaints of log in and navigation problems, was that the new website had been "generally well received" ????
This, in spite of there being no feedback facility and no forum of their own!
That is just standard corporate bullshit, and an attempt to convince complainants that their issues are isolated.

Spot on-just like you know you are dealing with a debacle when you phone a customer care centre that apologises for a delay due to"high call volumes"...
