R6, i make Arch Rival the one to beat. Admittedly was beaten by Enaad 5 runs back, but that does look like one of those unexplained runs which one can draw a line through. That run aside, he has been very consistent against stronger and over distance races. Is well weighted here.
R5, Trophy Wife, down in class, well weighted and that could give her that slight edge she may require over a distance which could be on the sharp side.
R4, Lady Negra, finished 3rd, 6.10 lengths behind Maleficent, and only 0.60 of a length adrift of the 2nd placed runner. That was a fair effort considering Maleficent came out and won a Listed race yesterday by 3.25 lengths, hopefully with natural improvement and a decent draw Lady Negra can be involved in the finish today.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.
