The National Horseracing Authority have launched an investigation into the fourth race at the Vaal today, after it was held over the incorrect distance. The meeting changed from Vaal classic track to the old turf track after overnight rain............. :ohmy:

If he gets a fine for something in the same race, and what I have just read (CM post), firstly what punishment will be handed out to the people involved in the meeting? My guess would be to lift the rug and sweep ? Secondly, shouldnt all losing bets for that race be refunded due to their neglegance? I doubt this would ever happen, punter screwed again..
