The National Horseracing Authority have launched an investigation into the fourth race at the Vaal today, after it was held over the incorrect distance. The meeting changed from Vaal classic track to the old turf track after overnight rain............. :ohmy:
I do tend to giggle to myself when I do read or hear " authorities have launched and investigation".. where the fark are they launching to? Did they start off the incorrect mark? Yes. Who is liable for the mistake? "Mr x", cut his balls off. Warn the rest this is the benchmark for future occurances (when not if) and will too result in your balls cut off. Done. Dont need to launch anyfarkingwhere!
