superb interview bonski and you have to think that a man of garth pullers experience should be the first trainer that gold circle consult on matters as he will call it like it is ie the track debacle amongst the other cock ups

Great interview. Gives viewers what it actually means for a jock to win or race in the July. That many years later and he is still passionate about it.

great jockey Garth, when i was a lighty he was going out with a friend of mines sister and i asked him for a jackpot. He gave me a straight line took it to my old man who laughed at me and never took it. It paid about R400 lots of money in those days.

PS never forget when he rode the card at Kenilworth on a wet Wednesday afternoon.

He was called The Head Waiter and one day he rode a horse named the same
I bankered it, and he didn't dissapoint!
He was just about the best in Cape Town
