Its was a mistake discharging a firearm out of his sunroof and in the restaurant. ... shame he has soooo much bad luck. Would it have been bad luck if someone had died in the two previous instances?

He's had sentence lengthened from 6 years to 13 years..
The maximum allowed was 15.

He said Pistorius should have been sentenced to 15 years, but the SCA took into account the time he had already served.

not 100% certain but I think he needs to serve half that sentence before parole - so maybe out in 5-6 years ?
