To whoever is responsible at TELLYTRACK...........

Could someone please explain why we are being given incorrect placing of horses as the results especially after the running of each Harness race in OZ.
If the problem is with OZ then they should be informed , until then it is mind-boggling in this hi-tech day and age why incorrect numbers are continuously flashed up.

Does anybody in charge have an explanation or is it the aliens that want winning tickets to be thrown???

With regards to the issue you correctly raised that provisional results on Australian racing are being incorrectly displayed with some regularity.

The visuals that we receive at Tellytrack, including the overlaid graphic display of provisional results, originate from Australia and we have no ability to correct or edit their displays because it arrives in our studio as what we call a "dirty" feed which includes all the post production graphics. Something must be going wrong on their end and we have brought it to their attention and are in the process of investigating the source and correcting the problem.

We hope to have it solved by our content providers as soon as possible however, in the interim, we ask that you rely only on the Tellytrack full screen provisional results which are displayed on a white background after we cut away from the live feed and not to rely on the graphic display that is overlaid across the live feed which originates from the source provider.
