This is not the first time this has happened. When I enquire via email and phone I get a generic response saying there is a backlog of results - sorry for the inconvenience.
Once I had to wait over 3 days for a result of a similar soccer bet.
This time I'm waiting for the Thai soccer treble I struck early yesterday afternoon to be resulted (was a winner).
I'm not playing with peanuts either.
Wondering if anyone from Betting World can supply with more information about why this has happened to me, more than once ?
I see there are representatives from the competition responding to complaints on here, so I'm curious to see if Betting World has such a representative and whether I could get my query resolved on here.
An update: My bet has now been fully resulted and paid out.
