R2 Chepstow Bayston Hill E/W. Very consistent (was unlucky not to win last time) and has his ideal conditions today (seven furlongs on quick ground). This isn't a strong race and he looks nicely treated off 70 for his handicap debut at 7/1 or bigger.
R6 Chepstow Rue Balzac E/W or place only. This is a very weak maiden which should be won by Dance The Dream at around 8/13. The selection has shown a bit of promise in two runs, however, (the second of them was a much better race than this) and can sneak into the first three at around 25/1 - will go off shorter. William Hill's 7/2 place only is also far too big.

Saved on the E/W, but the winner had plenty in hand to be fair.

Thirsk is a quirky place, doesn't suit everyone
Sunrise Dance later has no chance in recent form but loves the track and worth a few rand EW at 33/1
