Please explain the following to me……

YOUR system has / had the incorrect result for race 1 fairview. IT then semi corrected itself BUT had the trifecta and quartets as the following

1-6-18-11 R5551
6-8-11-3 R43107

TO me even though there is an error the SYSTEM assumes a dead heat hence the 2 dividends….

then it corrects itself BUT the winning dividend stays the same……

FUCK OFF

Yes i caught the quartet and it should pay R86k +

What I assume he is trying to convey is that Saftote incorrectly declared a deadheat. Incase of a deadheat the pool is split 50% and then the amount of winners is divided per result to get the dividend. So if the result got corrected then the payout should be double that of 43k = 86k.

I had a similar situation the other day where they posted the wrong result! (I thought there was no human intervention?)
When they corrected it,they added results and dividends for the correct result, but failed to delete the dividends for the initial wrong result!
Tried to resolve it via customer care...................yeah right :woohoo:

That's the one Solo-the most difficult thing of all was trying to convince someone that they'd cocked up!!!! :P

Who is accountable to answer for the discrepancies. Apart from the auditors who really should be issuing a statement, senior PAID MANAGEMENT must comment on the irregularities if any. VEE is responsible??

This is a bit harsh calling them crooks when all they are is inefficient.

Not really. Where does the other R43k go? It should have been paid out....not go into Phum pool

Magi

its NOT another R43k

its another R190k the pool was R380k therefore myself and the other bonafide winners of the quartet should all have gotten R86k or a % thereof if that was the play.

I took the winner x 6 horses by field x field 1x so i had it full.

This is happening too often now. Where incorrect results are posted and incorrect dividends follow.

In the above case the dividends HAVE TO CHANGE with the correction of the results.

Will there be an enquiry into why results are incorrectly being posted and if so who is responsible for the mistakes and any disciplinary actions are being taken to prevent the same occurring again????
