WSB NO COMMUNICATIONS!!!

I been using wsb for a while now
A long while.
U been withdrawing forever.
I used to always withdraw with my ID.
Few months ago they notified me that i dnt need my ID TO WITHDRAW ANYMORE
THEY SENT ME A PIN TO GO WITH MY ACC NUM
And i been withdrawing all the while with
My acc num and pin thats it a few times over past months.
Today i travel a bit and go to the bet shop not carrying any cash on me coz im going to withdraw
Give the guy at the counter my acc number and pin and how much i am gonna withdraw
GUESS WAT! He says he cant withdraw as he needs my ID?
Wtf i been withdrawing from this shop forever.

If they change rules y cant they notify as we are the punters?
Serious ,bullshit !!!!
Wish there was another good betting alternative i could use!
Seriously pissed off with this no communications?

Hi Sir P

Spoke to wsb they say sorry for your problems but the rules changed recently after an attempted fraud and for your accounts security ID is now needed

There should be posters on the branches explaining the rule changes

Amazing!

To open an account with any of these entities you have to send FICA documents. So they have all of the required information to communicate with a customer. (Customer? What's that? We deal only with victims,sir).

Is it REALLY beyond their capability to send a bulk email advising of a procedural change; particularly to account holders whom they can clearly see are 'active'.

This industry must boast the highest percentage of uncaring, incompetent, sheltered employment types in the country.......outside of civil servants.

Exactly wat i was trying to get at!
Communication,they market a whole lot of races etc
But cant notify customers who they supposedly care for lol
