A very real solution for the suspended stipe... let him relocate to Kimberley ... he can visit stables regularly and no problems with objections as the horses are normally so far apart and going so slowly over the final 400m that he will have little to do.. There have been a high amount of positives from this region so I cannot understand why there is no permanent stipe in the area... I think the NHRA coffers would be full if a stipe was based track-side every day.

The NHA has a duty to protect THE INTEGRITY OF RACING...
Now in the Northern Cape these are a few Trainers found with positives in the last few years
Visser
Lensley
Human
Smith
C Miller
Rugg(2011)
Borman was at a stage warned off link
Now please tell me why on earth there is not a permanent stipe based there... This is an area that needs strong policing for obvious reasons ...

Problem will always exist in these Elephant graveyards , it's basicaly what the weaker centres are. Owners sell the useless, injured or old horses to the regions to get shot of them. Then some of the trainers sometimes struggle with normal training methods and have to take care of 3 legged slow bleeders
