Spoke to Ryan for a long time.

Plenty to follow but I've apologised to him personally.

I'll post a full explanation here later but a lot of miscommunication has led to this very unsavoury situation.

As I said I'll post later but j will say Ryan was very open and honest and much calmer and grown up than me.

WTF?

Really?

Could you not have just waited and done that earlier without making abc look poison?

Ryan, I hope you read this and maybe give it some thought. You are young and have your whole career ahead of you. When someone with the knowledge of the game like Dom Zaki speaks highly of you, you are definately on the right track. Please dont let any totally offside incident created and stated as FACT, when infact nothing was, get you down. The way you upheld yourself shows your integrity and others lack of... Chin up Ryan and keep your feet on the ground.
Are you living your life or waiting to die?

Tero

What can i say we have spoken and at the very least Ryan will continue to ride our horses. The other post (read by Ryan) was based on many factors and Ryan has accepted that. I have apologised to Ryan and praised him for taking my call and having the debate out with me.

I questioned him again on the ride as to why he came from so far behind. Ryan told me that the horse felt "lacklustre" I asked why this was not mentioned at the start and he said you can't really declare a horse a non runner for feeling lacklustre.

So in his opinion the horse was well placed but found nothing.

I then asked him about the lameness and he said that once dismounting the authorities took over and declared the horse unsound off fore. Ryan tells me that in his opinion this is NOT the case.

We then move onto AHS ( 1st time I know of this is when he writes it in his post) he says that round about the 6th or 7th race Tienie says possibly horses are flat because of AHS.

I apologised to him and to be fair to him he accepted and we had a good chat. I asked if he wanted to continue his relationship with us and he confirmed that he was cool with that. I volunteered to post on here.

I must say a few more things, i am still not happy with the over all situation. Tienie was very very confident and never once mentioned AHS. The lameness is a worry because it opens up other doors.

Overall i over reacted but in my defence some of the information i was being fed prior and post race was a bit fucked.

This is the end of the matter.

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.

Easy good on you for being man enough to apologise on a public forum. As I said on the other thread in the height of the emotion, sometimes disappointments are best slept upon before reacting. I must add that Munger has jumped up many notches in my estimation for having the courage to respond in the way that he did.

While looking for a scapegoat does not resolve the issue, from what you have posted, perhaps the blame ( if there is any blame ) should be directed in your trainers direction. Being super confident after AHS is an absolute rookie mistake and if anyone deserved a blast it would be him.
