Here is our comments thats been send to first call. Hope it helpful.

Runners monday
1-13 THE GREY ROCKET Munger R
First timer. Not showing much speed but isnt build like a sprinter. Will be his first time visiting kimberley . Will improve with the experience.
2-10 SOFT SAND Munger R
Very difficult mare with lots of issues. 10kg under sufferance but is better than her form suggest if running to ability or what she shows in work.
3-12 AVICENNA Thackeray M
Small petite filly , bred for further .hoping she started to show .
3-1 L' ATTITUDE Chambers S
Good form in natal, working good and if taking to the sand she will run a very good race.
3-9 RUSSIAN FANTASY Thabana C
Struggling and we will be happy to earn a stakecheque, dont have the speed to go with them over the shorter distances and no gears, just going one paced.hope she see out the distance.
4-7 CAT ON A MAT Penny J
Small field and shows in work she wants further than the 2 sprints she had with us. Wont be surprise to see her earn a stake cheque. Pace will be on so we hoping to see her running on
5-8 ROYAL MASTER Penny J
Out on the weights with Leboana by 7kg and with most other runners but he is an unknown factor over this distance . We believe he will get the trip and our doubts about his sand ability flown out the window when he smashed the field on sand over 1600m. Ignore last run on grass, saddle slipped and he bolted with the jock then. Good lightweight jock in jarred penny that will get him covered and we hoping for a big run.
6-1 JACK FRIDAY Chambers S
Had an injury enforced break , he is sound again and fit but still little overweight. Will need races to trim him down to ideal racing weight. Wont be far off with the drop in merit rating.
6-8 RAINBOW STAR Munger R
Ignore last run, bumped his head badly with the false start. Fortune felt the vet should have scratched him but was cleared and ran dismally. He have an ideal inside draw on the inside and Ryan knows him. We expect a very good run , the distance wont be a problem.
7-8 EXCALIVAR Simons R
Very temperamental and biggest undoing is his slow into stride out the gates. In good form , ideal distance but only concern is the quality of class is much better than he faced when running close. We still hoping for a decent effort and deserves a win by now
7-2 HEAVENLY EXPRESS Chambers S
Trying the 1400m for the first time on sand. Had placed before over the distance. Faantjie chambers will suit him well. Can upset them if all goes to plan in the race.
7-1 LA TOURELLE Zackey C
Very big weight and not the biggest of horses. Will be coming off the pace and have a money chance.
7-7 RICH APPROVAL Penny J
Had a niggle thats been sorted out. Looks fantastic but will probably need one or 2 runs to get him 100% sharp. Still have a chance to earn a stakecheque
8-5 SECRET DELIGHT Penny J
Losing lots of ground in first couple of hundred metres of his races over further , thats his biggest downfall. Will race in full cup blinkers this time over the shorter trip to see if we can get him sharper in the early parts. Will be flying at them like always at the end.
8-3 VICTORIA'S LOVE Simons R
Ignore last run when it was a false start. Took no interest after that in the race. Still a bit overweight but the 1000m will help. Tons of ability but need to get his confidence back.
9-8 MADAM ALEXIS Thabana C
Struggling to regain earlier form, her work is much better than her form.
9-14 NORTH WESTERLY Bester L
Struggling to regain form after injury inforced break. Hoping for improvement.
9-13 ON THE THAMES Thackeray M
Last run was first run back for our stable. She looks very well and we expecting her in the money.she is much better than her merit rating of 42.
9-3 WHITE FEATHER Chambers S
Brilliant win last time over 1400m but the handicapper is starting to catch up with her. Will still run a good race but will struggle to beat Jellylorum.

All the best Ziets, looking at the entries tomorrow the place would be struggling without your runners

Only 2 out of 11 trainers gave comments. Its obvious some been caught out playing games by trying to bullshit the public and telling owners different bullshit. Big ups to the ones that do make an effort and GFY the ones that dont. Are they too stupid to understand that the more info you give to punters the more they will be interested in the raceday and the more confidence they will have to invest on the day.
The more openess and honesty from the trainers and owners side , the more punters will invest.

Question for Ziets

All those horse that you have mentioned, do you bring them all to Kimberley by float or do some live in Kimberley and if you do bring them all down it must be a logistical nightmare for you to organise and to have your travel time spot on

Peekay

I no longer own any shares in Lebeoana or any other horses that were formerly with sportofkings and now run in partnership with Mr De Haast.

As that main shareholder in said horses I had to cut my losses and sell out.

All travel by float chicken, its a 900km trip from stables to kimberley track and back.
So basicly 5-6 hours drive to track and same time about driving back.

We so used to it by now , its a walk in the park and horses get used to travelling very quickly.only problem is when we have problems with a breakdown on the road. We normally drive down to track on sundays but drive back after last race is run.
Just an example , Jack friday have done more than 45 000km on a float in the last 2 years .
