Nephrite had some traffic problems when not far back in a big field. With some luck could win here and is potentially well in here off 76 (was rated 101). Also seems cd suited.

On that day ,the middle seemed to be better than the inside, and that "middle" is today's outside!!!!!
Going by the first race, the more things change, the more they stay the same
Yes, the jocks obviously believe the best going is still on the inside!
Will be interesting to see if anybody tests the "wrong side" before the day is out!- how often have we seen that change things, halfway through a meeting?

Interesting to see the money has come for the two Azzie runners in the next two, both after lengthy breaks.
Prefer Stone Thrower in the next though e/w then the Azzie runner Jungle Mist

Very interesting race coming up - big difference between tote and fixed odds - still think Rightful King if he can put his breathing issues behind him and repeat his first run will be hard to beat

Didn't see the race so can't tell but Samurai Blade has never run over the 6 furlong. He's run third in the SA derby. 6 furlong is wayyyy too short for the horse.

but durbs that run was way to short for him and to run on like that was exactly what the connections wanted to see...he will win his next start...
