Driving past th clairwood track this morning I finally see after many years the crane pulling out the sign post that used to put up wen the next race meeting is..so now it's finally gone..really sad KZN racing will never be the same with the issues we have on turf racing etc..Clairwood was the stepping stone for future champs..2yr old from all provinces used to launch the careers....farewell.

What scary is the person that pushed the owners to vote closure of Clairwood Park is canvassing for top position in Gold Circle.....having some one that lacks vision at the helm cant be great for horseracing..
