Not sure what they decide on ....they use a lightening monitor and lightening is either present or not!!!!
I'm sure I heard them say the other night that they use a radius of 20km for safety ...that's a helluva long way isn't it?

Using logic there is no good reason not to start racing at 11am in Summer on the highveld... punters will find a way to get bets on and turnover will increase because you will not lose as many races...

Shot Elvis, I did try to post....got some sort of error.......anyway after the Seventh Heart disappointment the other night, I started to doubt myself....funny how it goes....u never have enough on the winners...luckily I banked Anna in the JP as well, so a good day for a change
