As normal,it was necessary to try and contact customer care as the PA blitz betting page has not been loaded-The amusing thing is that for the last few weeks,at least,the recording includes a warning "Please note we are experiencing high call volumes"
I know that if I was a director/manager and my customers were waiting in queues to report issues,I would suspect that there was a competence problem somewhere.......lol
Perhaps at Phumulela its just another day at the office :P

(11:15 and still not rectified ...and still can't get through......open bet here we come)

Yeah Rob I share your frustration mate. If it were a one off fair enough but the service has been like this for ages. Just amazing really.
