Trainer not clued up on handicapping. Seen some absolute howlers. Even on Friday Lord Katawa and Stir it Up both running in a Novice Plate off a 49 and 47 respectively. They can't finish.

it isnt easy to always find races for horses such as notting hill as trainers dont compile a race program ,as for the other two horses running in a novice plate you might have a situation where because their ratings are so low they continue to get eliminated from handicaps and the plate race is the only race they can get into and if they run above their rating into the money they can ask the handicaper to increase their rating in order to get runs in future handicaps ..im sure the trainer concerned is well aware of what she is doing but she doesnt compile the race program and also has to keep her horses ticking over

Pirates is 100%
The horse needs a race and the program is not perfect so rather than sit in the stable lets stretch the legs and hope it runs on and gets ready for another suitable race

Top yard. They had more jockeys last year than winners.
