Thanks the kind words Sly. Now we aim at the big one on Met day. This win came in the nick of time, in terms of qualifying, as declarations are tomorrow.

As for Great Britain, I tried to buy his very first baby when it was on offer from the Highlands draft at Durbanville but I was buying for my own account and could not go past R100k, so I was a bit light.

As for Hashtag and Shwanky, I put the "dream" on the table for Anthony Maroun and instead of bringing them directly to the yard, we then sent them to Alchemy to Sales prep for their March Sale down there, so that they could pass through the ring and qualify for the Million dollar.

Its a long shot, but we will do our best against the very big guns.

As for Great Britain, the mind boggles. How can this Sire not have a full book of mares....? He must be the biggest value Sire on offer in SA !

Nice win louis just wondering why your jockey never changed his stick to straighten your filly up as she was hanging badly which almost cost her the race?
