Opened account have never used it ... so wanted to use my few pennies I garnered on Fantasy Racing ... trying to register my telebet account for online use and it asks for a PIN number. Never seen this so emailed support. Received the following:

Welcome to trying to deal with Gold Circus via E-Mail.............I've had problems for weeks

When a box is full it provides a clue of the extent of issues that need attention - a basic management thing ....routinely check the "customer care" issues .....if you care ,of course!
