First and foremost ... thank you to those who generously sponsored the competition and to ALL who took part. I will EDIT THIS THREAD with the final competition pool on Monday evening (as usual...waiting for all bank transfers to clear) as well as the final fund raising total.

Well, after the running of race three I am sure we were all aware that the race was on for second!!

Thanks to Bob and Dave for giving us a platform to run the competition and also for their added prize contributions. Also to Warren L for the huge added incentive. Lastly to Magi for being the organizer/overseer, thanks a million, without you there is no competition. To Bob, you was a worthy adversary and on any other day you would have been the winner had I not not known that Arte's grandam was the winner of the SA Oaks. It was at 100/1 in the morning and still went with my instinct as it was trying much further for the first time.

As the competition was for KDS, please note Magi I am donating R1000 of my winnings to the cause. Thanks for the good work Magi.

Naresh and Bob, I screwed up a bit by transferring my maximum daily limit to my girls account this morning (She has KDS as the beneficiary so she will ultimately do the transfer when all funds are in)
