For all the barrier trials,journalists watching and giving feedback to the public,strict rules and stipes from hell,Hong Kong has it's fair share of outsiders coming in.Today in race 9 a 363-1 shot just went down a shorthead beaten by a 39-1 shot.That would have been the biggest priced horse win in my time watching horse racing.

is that not per 5 dollar bet so winner was around 8/1 and runner up 72/1 ?

Singapore work on the 5 dollar bet.This was on the Hong Kong tote and the favorite was paying 2.6 and our tote work on their tote dividends.R52 a place it paid.
